Hartlepool Borough Council has a nominations agreement with the Register Providers (social landlords) who have properties in Hartlepool. This means that Hartlepool Home Search will advertise 50% of all social rented homes on the scheme. The social landlords will allocate the other 50% of properties on their own schemes using their own policies.
